Step 1 — Install the local collector

Run our open-source collector on your machine. It never sends data externally. It strips secrets, keys, tokens, PII, and chain-of-thought before you share anything.

Generate a keypair, then collect a trace into a redacted capsule.

Step 2 — Send three redacted traces

Email three redacted capsules from a recurring agent workflow. Pick traces where the agent does the same multi-step work repeatedly.

Do send: redacted capsules, the agent task description, and the tool-call graph.
Do not send: raw secrets, API keys, private keys, customer PII, or chain-of-thought text.

Step 3 — We confirm scope and compile

Within one business day we confirm the scope, pick the highest-value repeated loop, and compile it into deterministic code. Five business days later you receive the tool, a before/after replay, and the savings estimate.

No production integration. We deliver code. You decide when to swap it in.
No guaranteed savings. The estimate is based on your traces.
No custody. We never hold funds, keys, or production data.
Out-of-scope requests are declined and refunded before work starts.
