# Workflow delivery: an acceptance standard

The Inquiry Workflow Pilot implements one intake-to-review workflow in up to two agreed customer-owned systems. The pilot fee is $750 USD, subject to fit, capacity, written scope and terms. The deliverable is an operating workflow, its evidence and its handoff.

Agree these ten tests before implementation:

1. Scope, responsible owner, source permissions and acceptance criteria are recorded.
2. A representative source item reaches the correct review queue.
3. Repeating the source item creates no duplicate.
4. Malformed inputs fail visibly without partial processing.
5. Missing ownership and next actions enter the exception queue.
6. Overdue and blocked work is visible to its responsible operator.
7. Changes retain history; a stale editor cannot silently overwrite newer work.
8. The customer reviews the result against the agreed scope.
9. The customer exports and verifies the complete records.
10. A recovery backup is restored and the operating handoff is reviewed.

Loop Evidence 1.1 records each test as Not tested, Needs work, or Pass. A Pass requires an evidence reference. Acceptance is blocked until every test in the selected standard has a recorded pass, plus a reviewer role, note and overall evidence reference. The exact standard definition is included in the record.

A recorded pass is a reviewer declaration, not independent certification. Evidence references should point to customer-controlled records without including unnecessary personal data or secrets. Agree retention and access before delivery. Customers retain their records and can export them.

Measure actual handling time before and after on comparable cases; disclose sample size and exceptions. Do not claim time savings or business results from synthetic examples. Ongoing maintenance is separately scoped; no unlimited support or automatic recurring charge is included.

The free application requires Python 3.9 or newer on one trusted device. Installation and the agreed source integration belong within a suitable paid pilot scope. The downloadable application contains CSV interchange; it does not pretend to include every customer's live-system connector.
