Use of the services

Loop XXI LLC provides software and AI services as-is and as available. We make no uptime guarantee and do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular response time, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a specific purpose or any particular result. Research reports are information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid service value, not a deposit or stored-value account. Credits are non-refundable once spent. Lightning payments are final and irreversible after settlement. Check the amount, invoice and destination before paying.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to break the law, harm people, violate rights, send malware or spam, evade access controls, interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, or submit secrets you are not allowed to share. Do not use AI output as the only basis for a high-stakes decision.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access, revoke credits or keys, and preserve relevant records when we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, a security risk, unlawful use or a breach of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loop XXI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service in the 30 days before the claim.

Governing law

Wyoming law governs these terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
