Use these six headers. Dates must be YYYY-MM-DD; status must be new, active, waiting or closed. Use internal reference IDs instead of personal information. Extra columns are ignored.

How the review works

Rules flag missing references, duplicate references, invalid dates and unknown statuses first. Open records are also checked for overdue or today’s due dates, missing owners, missing next actions and missing due dates. Scores combine these flags to order the queue; they do not predict a lead’s value. Valid closed records are excluded. Duplicates are flagged, never merged or deleted. A person decides the next action.

The synthetic example uses September 4, 2026 as its review date. The export neutralizes formula-leading characters for safer spreadsheet use. It does not send email, update a CRM or claim that follow-up has happened.
