The fee applies to the scope below. We confirm fit, capacity, acceptance criteria and payment terms in writing before work begins. Third-party software charges and any applicable taxes are separate and disclosed before agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order.

Loop Evidence keeps records, exceptions, and portable change history. Delivery tests require a recorded result and evidence before acceptance.

A small, testable engagement.
- Scope. Describe the handoff and the two systems. We confirm whether the pilot fits before accepting the work.
- Build and verify. Agree representative examples and failure cases. Build using your accounts, with no customer messages sent automatically.
- Review and handoff. Check the output together, document operation and rollback, and transfer the agreed deliverables.
Target delivery: five business days after the scope, required inputs and access are agreed, subject to confirmed availability. The pilot includes one revision within the agreed scope. Ongoing support or additional workflows require a separate quote.
Does the pilot require AI?
No. Rules and ordinary automation are often sufficient. If AI adds value, we agree its task, provider, cost limit, data handling and review criteria first. Provider accounts remain yours; the pilot fee pays for implementation, not resale of model credits.
What is outside the pilot?
Custom application rebuilds, unsupported integrations, round-the-clock support, autonomous customer outreach, payment execution, and regulated decision-making. Do not submit financial, health, legal-client or other sensitive records in this form. Bitcoin custody and funds movement are outside this service.
How will we judge success?
We agree ten acceptance cases before work, including representative intake, duplicates, invalid inputs, exception routing, stale edits, customer review, portable exports and backup restoration. Record the result and evidence for each case. Time savings are compared with your own baseline; no revenue or savings result is guaranteed.
